My dear friends and colleagues, Cathi Jefferson and Meira Mathison, and I spent a month in China working in an international ceramics residency at the Sculpture Factory in Jingdezhen, China. We were immersed in a city full of the ceramics industry, learning from masters, working full tilt in our studios, meeting incredible people, exploring the most gorgeous mountains and valleys. I’ve come home with crates of molds, tools, and photo transfers all destined for future projects. Can’t wait to go back again!
